How often do you update your shop?

I refresh the shop a handful of times throughout the year, depending on my workflow and what I’m creating at the moment. There isn’t a set schedule, but I always share updates through my newsletter and Instagram if you’d like to stay informed.

How should I care for my ceramics?

All pieces are made from sturdy, high-fired stoneware, but handmade work benefits from gentle handling. Washing by hand with mild soap will keep your ceramics looking their best. Some matte surfaces may naturally show marks over time; a gentle cleanser can usually take care of them. Although many pieces can tolerate dishwashers or microwaves, treating them with a bit of extra care will help them last longer. Decorative or specialty finishes should simply be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth.

What is your shipping and return policy?

Orders ship directly from my studio, and I typically need a short processing time before they go out. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way. International shipping is available, though delivery times vary and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Because this is a small studio, I’m not able to accept returns, but if something arrives damaged, please get in touch right away with photos so I can help resolve the issue.

Do you take commissions or custom orders?

I sometimes take on custom projects when my schedule allows. If you’re interested in a particular piece or a larger project, feel free to reach out with details so we can talk about possibilities.

Can I visit your studio?

Studio visits are occasionally possible by appointment. Since I work in a small space, I can’t always accommodate visits, but you’re welcome to contact me ahead of time to see if it’s doable.
